WINTER PARKING BAN IN EFFECT

The City of Holyoke, Department of Public Works, has called a Winter Parking Ban to be in effect from: Monday, February 11, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. Until ... Further Notice as there is much snow to be removed. There will be no parking on the ODD SIDE of any street unless otherwise posted. Thank you all for your patience and for doing your part to clean up. And of course, a big thank you to our DPW employees who are working nonstop. ~ Mayor Alex Morse

Buy Holyoke Now is a collaborative effort by an extensive network of lenders, nonprofit groups, real estate professionals, attorneys, insurance agents, and home inspectors, who have gathered together to provide discounted costs and other incentives to help encourage homeownership in the City of Holyoke. You don’t have to be a first-time homebuyer to participate in the program, however, you must reside in the home upon purchase. Homes must be one to four unit properties with no commercial use.
